1. Subject Matter

The iTaxy Portal (operated in cooperation by taxi-itheorie GmbH and SECA Werbeagentur & Webdesign KLG) is a digital platform for creating and displaying individual profile pages for taxi and chauffeur service providers.

The iTaxy Portal exclusively provides the technical infrastructure.

2. Registration and Use

Use of the platform requires registration. Users are obliged to provide truthful and complete information.

3. Platform Services

Users can independently create and manage content such as:

prices
services
descriptions
images
contact details

4. Responsibility for Content

All content is created, maintained, and published solely by the respective provider.

The respective provider bears full legal responsibility for all content. iTaxy Portal assumes no responsibility for any content, prices, or services displayed.

5. Liability

iTaxy Portal assumes no liability for:

Prices and tariffs provided by providers
Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of content
Services offered or performed by providers
Any damages resulting from the use of the platform

6. Payment and Plans

The use of the platform is subject to a fee. The profile is only active once payment has been completed. In the event of non-payment, the profile page may be paused or deactivated.

7. Term and Cancellation

The minimum contract term is 12 months.

Payments can be made monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. The chosen payment interval does not affect the minimum contract duration.

Cancellation is possible at any time but will only take effect at the end of the respective contract term. If not cancelled, the contract automatically renews for the same term.

8. Refund Policy

Payments already made are non-refundable.

In the event of early termination, the payment obligation remains in effect until the end of the agreed minimum contract term.

9. Final Provisions

Applicable law shall apply. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable legal provisions.
